Seamless Scheduling & Services
Our operations are designed to integrate with your demanding schedule, offering peace of mind for every shift.
What are your hours?
How does the First Responder Program work?
Are boarding and daycare separate?
Our facility aligns with Seminole County's A, B, and C shift schedules, offering flexible drop-off and pick-up windows. We coordinate directly with first responders and healthcare professionals.
First responders pay $450/month for boarding coverage during all scheduled work shifts. This includes a $10 discount on daycare play during boarding, synchronized with your specific shift calendar.
Yes, boarding and daycare are distinct services. Boarding provides overnight care, while daycare offers supervised play during the day. First Responders can add daycare to boarding at a reduced rate.
Safety First, Always
We uphold the highest standards of health and safety to ensure every dog enjoys a secure, happy, and healthy environment.
What are vaccination requirements?
How do you ensure play yard safety?
What if my dog needs medication or emergency care?
All pups must be up-to-date on core vaccinations including Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. Proof from a licensed veterinarian is required for entry to protect all dogs in our care.
Our play yards are supervised by trained staff at all times. Dogs are grouped by size and temperament to ensure safe, positive interactions and prevent any incidents.
Our team is trained in medication administration. In an emergency, we immediately contact you and transport your pup to your designated vet or the nearest emergency animal hospital.
